Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is intact and has not been further personalized. Please note that we cannot accept returns on products with additional personalizations such as names, initials, or writing on the sleeve and side, as these items are custom-made for you. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
